Get Connected and Involved

Visit us

We are located in Room S-340 (Chambers Building).

We are more than just an office; we are a warm and welcoming space with a small lounge that can be used to hang out, meditate, and as a lactation room. Stop by anytime to take a tour, relax in-between classes, meet new people, and find your home away from home.

Queer Communities Faculty/Staff Interest Group

The Queer Communities Faculty/Staff Interest Group (FIG) is open to full-time and adjunct faculty, as well as staff, encourages conversations around representation, visibility, and social action within the queer communities. While encouraging conversation specifically around curricular issues (e.g., representation, meaningful integration, and social action through curricula), the FIG will also address larger issues confronting queer communities (including scholarly communities as well as communities in which we live). Contact coordinator Brian Kelly at bkelley@bmcc.cuny.edu for more information.
