The Office of Compliance & Diversity is dedicated to promoting an open and inclusive environment, addressing complaints as they arise, creating programs which promote diversity and awareness and ensuring that the college complies with all applicable policies and laws.

The Office of Compliance and Diversity (OCD) is available to all members of the BMCC community (students, faculty, and staff). If you need assistance filing a complaint of unlawful discrimination/harassment, obtaining a reasonable accommodation, or if you have any questions regarding the policies enforced by the OCD please contact us.
