Presentation / Conference Services

The Media Center works with Event Services at BMCC to make sure your media needs are met for your event/conference/presentation. We can also provide some production services for events as listed below. Depending on the venue, the Media Center can provide the following:

  • Event Support: This includes projectors, laptops, LCD flat screen monitors, various media playback options, microphones and sound reinforcement. We also have easels/flipcharts and lecterns as well as interactive displays in some locations. (If you are at BMCC and have submitted an event through the EMS system, PLEASE make sure to add your media requests through the system. Once it has been submitted, we will follow up with you if there are any questions about what you have requested. If you have questions about what you need, please contact us.)
  • Conferencing/Remote Media Services: This includes one-to-one connections through Skype (both audio and video), and Skype for Business. We also have other videoconferencing options. As this technology is constantly changing, please contact us about what you need to do and we will see what the best way we can support you.
  • Conference Center: BMCC has a 2-floor conference center in our Fiterman building. These facilities include integrated projectors and sound reinforcement in every room, as well as the ability to add and customize for your event as needed.
