IRB Approval for Research with Human Subjects
If you intend to conduct a study that involves human subjects (including students, faculty and/or staff) AND you intend to publish the findings you must FIRST obtain Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval. To start a new application, please log on to the CUNY IRBManager with your CUNY login credentials. CITI Program Training Modules
Please note that all researchers must complete CITI Program training modules for the Responsible Conduct of Research and Protection of Human Subjects. All faculty and staff that need guidance with the IRB approval process should contact the BMCC Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) Coordinator, Odaelys Pollard, PhD.
