About Us

The Out in Two Scholarship Program, operating out of the Academic Advisement and Transfer Center, was established by former BMCC President Antonio Pérez in 1999 to eliminate financial barriers so students could focus on their academics with the goal of graduating within two years. The Program has been supported by the BMCC Foundation and other generous individuals, families, and organizations.

Mission

The Out in Two Scholarship Program endeavors to develop culturally aware, civic-minded, and community-focused scholars who excel academically. The Program exists to help prepare them for their post-graduation plans through intentional academic, transfer, and career advisement.
