Women’s Herstory Month: Know Your Worth: Women of Color Advocating for Equity at Work

March 7 at 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
| Fiterman Hall, Rooms 1404/5/6

Women's Herstory Month The Power of the Intentional Woman Past, Present and Future

Have you heard about the gender pay gap? Do you know that one year out of college, women are already paid significantly less than men? This is part of a systemic culture of devaluing women’s labor. What can we do about it as women and allies?

Join our event to hear women of color professionals share their career stories and learn strategies to challenge stereotypes and policies that devalue women’s labor. Network with our speaker and peers afterwards over a light dinner.
