Storytelling Open Mic

BMCC’s Department of Speech, Communication, and Theatre Arts invites all BMCC students, staff and faculty to share a personal story. For this semester our theme/story prompt is: “Giving it Back / Paying it Forward.” To make time for everyone, we ask that stories be approximately 2-3-minutes long, and no longer than 5-minutes.

Participants at the Open Mic will be considered for performing their story in the end-of-semester Storytelling LIVES event at the Perelman Arts Center.

CCT (Co-Curricular Transcript) credits credits are available.
