The BMCC chapter was started in August 2018 and is supported by the Division of Student Affairs and Office of Student Activities to help students obtain leadership skills for competing in an ever-changing workforce. Society members are distinguished from their peers as leaders at their institutions and in their communities. Prospective members undergo a rigorous training program that prepares them for success in their academics as well as their personal and professional goals.
Society Shield
The society’s shield bears the Greek letters sigma (Σ), alpha (A), and pi (Π), which are representative of the organization’s motto: Success comes from continual action toward your purpose.
