  • If you are planning a BMCC-sponsored conference, training, or lecture at BMCC that engages external attendees or requires added costs, please fill out the Approval Form. Send completed form to events@bmcc.cuny.edu or Room S-711 in 199 Chambers Street.
  • If you are planning a personal or external event, please fill out the Reservations Request Form. Send completed form to events@bmcc.cuny.edu or Room S-711 in 199 Chambers Street.

All Space Rental Forms must be submitted three weeks prior to the start of your event.

Promote Your Event

The Office of Public Affairs can effectively promote your event across the BMCC campus and to the public. Public Affairs can promote your event on the BMCC web calendar, digital monitors located across campus, @BMCC (weekly) e-newsletter, and social media (when the event is open to the general public).
