Dr. Elbulok oversees data analysis and reporting to support the College’s strategic initiatives. He also serves as an adjunct assistant professor at Columbia University and has held various administrative roles within CUNY. Dr. Elbulok holds a PhD in Measurement and Evaluation from Teachers College, Columbia University, and has extensive experience in institutional research and data analysis.

L. Vicki Cedeno leads the Institutional, Academic Program and Administrative, Educational, and Student Support (AES) Unit Assessment. With a focus on enhancing assessment practices, she collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment with institutional effectiveness and accreditation standards. Her expertise includes providing guidance and professional development, as well as developing comprehensive assessment reporting for various audiences. Vicki has been educated at Iona University and Rowan University. Her expertise spans over 10 years in higher education instruction, curriculum development, academic program development, accreditation and strategic planning.

Alexander is a multidisciplinary data analyst with over a decade of expertise in statistics, research, experimental design and observational studies. He holds an MS in Data Analysis from the Graduate Center, CUNY, an MS in Developmental Psychology, as well as a dual BS/MS in Computer Science from Belgorod National State Research University. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Psychology at the Graduate Center, CUNY, specializing in Statistics, Measurement and Policy Analysis. Alexander excels in the systematic collection, analysis and interpretation of data to inform strategic planning and policy development, ensuring data precision and reliability for continuous improvement and innovation.

Maryam holds an MS in Statistics, with a concentration in Data Science, from Baruch College, and a BA in Mathematics from Brooklyn College, CUNY. She has over four years of experience in data management, statistical analysis and research, with expertise in R, Python and Power BI. Maryam specializes in data analysis, dashboard development and data-driven insights for institutional decision-making.
