Professor Julio Ortiz-Luquis has a PhD in International Relations and Diplomacy and is an Adjunct Assistant Professor as well as an international development practitioner. His experience includes working as a migrant wellness and family reunification specialist as well as a policy consultant, campaign and program analyst and restructuring/lobbying strategist. He also served as a mission expert on local human development for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Venezuela.
