Carline Romain has over 25 years of experience as both an Educator and Efficacy Consultant. She has advised political candidates both domestic and foreign, educational leaders, junior banking personnel at Fortune 500 companies, and start-up business owners on their organisational design and operations, as well as offered optimisation, strategic planning, and marketing services.

Courses Taught
- The aim of this course is to develop effective skills in speech communication. The student examines how to generate topics and organized ideas, masters elements of audience psychology and practices techniques of speech presentation in a public forum. All elements of speech production and presentation are considered.
Research and Projects
- Mitigating the prevalence of stereotypes in audiovisual media and other texts to facilitate achievement (specifically, academic and career) and social justice
- Optimising immigrant and first-generation college students’ use of financial aid and scholarships
- Enhancing students’ cross-cultural communication skills toward facilitating their cultural competency in the global work arena
- Anisolectical and Anisocultural Communication between Genders and across Cultures through the Assessment of Gender-based Cross-cultural Communication Patterns and Styles
- Facilitating student achievement and communication, as well as problem-solving skills, through cross-cultural collaborations with peers across the globe
