Denim Day at BMCC: Stand up against sexual assault

Denim Day takes place in April, which is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. This day of action and awareness is an event in which people are encouraged to wear denim to combat victim blaming and educate others about sexual violence.

Show your support for sexual assault survivors and stop by the table to learn more about resources and healthy relationships and meet representatives of:

  • New York City Alliance Against Sexual Assault
  • Advocacy and Resource Center
  • Office of Diversity and Title IX Compliance
  • Student Conduct and Academic Integrity
  • Women’s Resource Center
  • Public Safety
