Career Development: Communication & Professionalism in the Workplace

This workshop will help you to understand professional practices while gaining insight on the written and unwritten rules within the workplace. Being aware of the rules and expectations in different working environments is important to effective communication. You will also learn to identify time management practices that work best for you. 

This workshop incorporates the NACE career competencies: Career and Self-Development, Communication, Critical Thinking, Equity and Inclusion, Leadership, Professionalism, Teamwork.

  1. Go to zoom.us/join or download Zoom IOS or Android app. 
  1. Enter the ID of the workshop you would like to attend on the scheduled date and time. 
  1. Please also enter your first and last name upon entering the meeting. 
  1. You will then be messaged via the Zoom Group Chat to enter your BMCC email address.
