It is imperative that our website and other digital media are as clear and easily comprehensible to as wide an audience as possible. Our primary audience, students and potential students, have varying levels of literacy and speak a variety of native languages.
We use Plain Language, as do many federal, state and city government agencies. Accessibility is also an important aspect of our communications.
