Sadia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Zicklin School of Business. As a Senior Executive, Human Resources Business Partner at Fortude, Sadia leads strategic HR initiatives across the Americas region. She has successfully revamped processes, launched programs that increased employee retention, and ensured compliance with employment laws—demonstrating her commitment to operational excellence and employee satisfaction.
Beyond her professional role, Sadia is deeply committed to driving positive change in her community. As a volunteer HR Consultant on the advisory board of Asiyah Women’s Domestic Violence Center, she fosters a safe and inclusive environment by managing employee relations, refining policies, and supporting training and recruitment efforts.
