The workshop is designed to give students a better understanding of how to use a computer.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Locate peripherals (USB, PRINTERS, MOUSES)
  • Move files from one location to another
  • Copy/Paste files

  • Delete files

• Use internet Search Tools
  • Web browsers (Bring, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox)

• Use Student Credentials (login.cuny.edu VS stu.bmcc.cuny.edu)
  • Email credentials
  • CunyFirst credentials
  • Resetting Password
  • Accessing Emails
  • Typing tutors (Mavis Beacon)
