Afrikan Heritage Month: Uknowhowwedu: The Graphic and Sonic History of Hip Hop

Walter Greason, author of The Graphic History of Hip Hop, and Tim Fielder, illustrator, will provide a brief history of hip hop and its relation to social struggles. There will also be a celebration of music and students will have the opportunity to showcase their hip hop skills.
