Each conference space is equipped with multi-purpose tables, which can be configured to optimize the interaction among participants.

  • Round tables are available for team participation or dining.
  • Work tables with AC outlets and data/USB ports can be set up for classroom or lecture-style sessions.
  • Theater seating in rows, for assembly or plenary sessions.

Free WiFi is provided on both floors of the Conference Center and in all conference rooms. Guests can also relax in the pre-conference lounge, charge their devices and access their online accounts.

In-room amenities include an adjustable podium, an LCD projector, wireless microphones, video and audio teleconferencing capabilities, an automatic drop-down screen, and flip charts.
