Media Arts and Technology Professor Christopher Stein teaches web design, interaction design and multimedia programming. His interests include Open teaching, OER, web design, human computer interaction, open source technologies, instructional design, learning strategies, design, programming and user experience.

Research and Projects

Co-Activity Director on the Digital Pathways Project, a $6 million, five-year grant from the US Department of Education in their Hispanic-Serving Institutions – Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (HSI STEM) and Articulation Programs. The goal of the grant is to increase the number of Hispanic and low-income students graduating BMCC and moving on to bachelor’s degrees and careers in STEM.
