Need help from wherever you are? You can use our Chat service when the Library’s open for Online Help to ask us. Librarians are here to answer your questions.

In Person

Visit the Reference Desk to receive in-person reference and research assistance.

As part of our gradual re-opening, Reference Librarians will be available at the Reference Desk Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 11am-3pm and Wednesdays from 11am-2pm. At other times you can get help via chat or by appointment.

Help with just about anything is available during library hours.

The Reference Desk is straight ahead as you enter the library, next to the windows with the gorgeous view of the Hudson River!
