UCAWD operates 10 Educational Opportunity Centers (EOC) and two Career Counseling and Outreach Centers. The MEOC is one of the EOCs operated by SUNY UCAWD. EOC faculty and staff are employees of BMCC or RFCUNY, MEOC students are SUNY students, as such any CUNY/BMCC or RFCUNY policies that apply to faculty and staff also apply to the employees that work at the MEOC. Any SUNY UCAWD policy that applies to EOC students applies to the students at the MEOC.
