At This Moment, an exhibition of recent faculty art, will open at Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) of the City University of New York (CUNY) on Wednesday, February 18 in the Shirley Fiterman Art Center.
BMCC’s Department of Music & Art and the Department of Media Arts & Technology offer a range of courses in music, studio art, art history, digital design and communications technology. Displaying work by practicing artists and designers, At This Moment provides visitors with a glimpse of BMCC’s dynamic, diverse faculty.
In partnership with the BMCC Foundation Board, a not-for-profit organization, the Shirley Fiterman Art Center is dedicated to raising funds for scholarships and ensuring the success of its students, who come from every borough of New York City and many countries around the world, seeking better lives.
A portion of all sales from Shirley Fiterman Art Center exhibits goes to support the BMCC Foundation scholarship fund.
