BMCC is First Community College to Lead Major NIH Grant
Professor and recent Presidential Scholar Jun Liang is researching molecular mechanisms that respond to stress and impact on aging—and thanks to a recent grant award of $150,000 from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), her research will be funded now through March 2017.

BMCC Commencement Scheduled for May 29
BMCC will award over 3,500 associate degrees during morning and afternoon commencement ceremonies at The Theatre in Madison Square Garden on May 29.

BMCC Foundation Scholarship Gala Raises Over $1 Million
On May 14, 2015 the Foundation Board of BMCC hosted the 2015 Scholarship Gala at Cipriani in Lower Manhattan, raising $1,113,000 in funds for student scholarships.

The BMCC Research and Scholarship website highlights the ongoing scholarly endeavors and accomplishments of the BMCC faculty and student researchers. The site promotes the cutting edge work conducted in our Faculty-Student Research Core Facility as well as across all disciplines. This site will contain all information regarding undergraduate research programs and opportunities.
