Dear BMCC Community,
As we approach the upcoming holidays, I extend my warmest greetings to each and every one of you.
This time of year is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the many blessings we share and the vibrant diversity that enriches our college community. As we look back on the past year, let us celebrate our accomplishments—each milestone reached, every challenge overcome, and the unwavering support we’ve shown one another. Your dedication, hard work, and resilience have truly made BMCC a vibrant place of learning and growth.
Whether you are celebrating Christmas with family and friends, embracing the principles of Kwanzaa, or participating in the Jewish festivity of Hanukkah, your traditions bring warmth and joy to our lives. We also acknowledge Las Posadas, Three Kings Day, and the many other cultural observances that take place during December and January. Each of these celebrations provides a unique opportunity to connect with our heritage and share in the joy of togetherness.
As we look ahead to the New Year, I wish you all a prosperous and healthy 2025 filled with new opportunities, personal growth, and success in all your endeavors. I also want to remind you that the Winter semester is just around the corner, and I encourage each of you to embrace the journey ahead with vigor, enthusiasm, determination and a renewed sense of purpose.
Thank you once again for your unwavering commitment to BMCC. Your contributions make a difference every day, and together, we will continue to build a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all. Happy holidays to you and your loved ones! May it be filled with prosperity, health, and continued growth. Here’s to a bright new year and an exciting Winter semester ahead!
Thank you.
Warm regards,
Dr. Anthony E. Munroe
