If you have been placed on Financial Aid Suspension, you must submit a Title IV Appeal to restore your federal financial aid. BMCC’s Plan and Appeal for Student Success (PASS) sessions will assist you to complete your appeal. Sign up for a session below. Please be sure to enter your information carefully – incorrect information may cause delays in your appeals process.

Please bring as many documents as you can to help establish the circumstances that contributed to your being placed on academic probation.Examples include (but are not limited to):
– Physician’s statements
– Hospitalization/treatment records
– Travel records
– Accident reports
– Death certificate
– Obituary notices
– Legal forms
– Employment records/Tax forms
– Letters from child care agencies
