BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center, the longest operating performance venue in lower Manhattan, proudly presents the next event in the 2017-2018 Family Series Season: Mammoth Follies on Saturday, March 10 at 1:30 p.m.

Mammoth Follies is part of BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center’s 2017-2018 Family Theater Season featuring plays, musicals, puppetry, concerts and dance for all ages.

Mammoth Follies explores the wonder of evolution in an old fashioned revue of original songs, witty jokes and earth-shaking dances performed by giant dinosaur puppets.

This program from Hudson Vagabond Puppets, recommended for ages three to eight, dramatizes historic and scientific facts—as well as some myths—about the great age of the dinosaur. Enormous puppets populate the stage, including hosts Willie Mammoth, Smiley the Saber-Toothed Tiger, Bessie the lovable 27-foot-long Apatosaurus, Tony and Trixie Triceratops, Terry the Pterodactyl and the 11-foot-tall T. Rex in a musical trip through pre-history.

Tickets are $30, and 10Club Members see the show for just $12.

To purchase tickets or a 10Club Membership, call Ticketing Services at (212) 220-1460. Single tickets can also be purchased online or by visiting the Box Office at 199 Chambers Street, Tuesday through Saturday from 12 to 6 p.m.
