BMCC Presents a Midsummer Night’s Dream, April 24 and 25

BOROUGH OF MANHATTAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE PRESENTS A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM,
APRIL 24 AND 25

Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) will stage William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream on April 24 and 25.

Professor Diane Dowling will direct BMCC theatre students in Shakespeare’s play about the parallel worlds of reality and fantasy. A Midsummer Night’s Dream is the first production of BMCC’s new performance-based theatre program, which leads to an associate in science degree.

Admission is free and open to the public. A Midsummer Night’s Dream on Wednesday, April 24 at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., and on Thursday April 25 at 7 p.m. in Tribeca Performing Arts Center Theatre II.

To reach the college by subway, take the 1, 2, 3, 4, A, C, or E, J, or M trains to Chambers Street and walk west on Chambers Street. Alternately, take the 4, 5, or 6 to Brooklyn Bridge and walk west on Chambers Street, or take the N or R to City Hall and walk west on Chambers Street.
