BMCC Criminal Justice Major Kenneth Coar was named NJCAA Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for November 16-22, 2015. Coar was the top player for the Division Three league. He was one of three players nationwide selected for the recognition.
The sophomore forward is no stranger to being recognized for his talent on the court.
Last season, Coar was named Player of the Year for Region 15 as well as the CUNY Athletic Conference. Coar was recognized as one of the nation’s top ten players when he was selected by the NJCAA for the 2014-15 division three Second Team All Americans.
