Did you know that you have multiple Libraries in the Tribeca area supporting your learning journey and intellectual curiosity? That’s right, the New York Public Library has a host of resources that complement the resources at BMCC. The Battery Park City Library branch, near BMCC, offers a quiet space in which you can work, study, and access expansive databases, such as Ancestory.com, Black Studies Center, and Digital Theater Plus for unique historical or performing arts research.
Join us on February 8th 12:00 PM-1:00 PM at the S410 M classroom (inside the Library) to hear Jessie Wheeler, adult librarian @ Battery Park City, share on these amazing, free resources! Our goal is to equip you all with the tools and relationships you need for making informed, critical decisions about the information you search for, use, and create.
There will be an opportunity to sign up for NYPL library cards and receive free goodies
