WorkWell NYC

WorkWell NYC, a workplace wellness program for all City employees, is offered through the Mayor’s Office and the NYC Office of Labor Relations.  Their mission is to create workplaces that engage and empower employees to live healthy, active lifestyles, and to provide health and well-being services, programs, and resources.  To find out more about WorkWell, and additional services visit WorkWell NYC.

  • March Program Calendar

  • The Step Challenge is BACK! Registration is now open. There will be prizes for top teams, top steppers, and select steppers who stick to their daily goal! Challenge dates: Monday, April 22nd – Sunday, May 19th; the Registration deadline is Friday, April 5th.

  • March 11 – 22 5-A-Day Your Way Challenge In celebration of National Nutrition Month, WorkWell’s 5-A-Day Your Way Challenge is BACK! Employees will receive weekly emails with tips and tricks to help them increase their intake of fruits and vegetables, and an invitation to post on WorkWell’s exclusive Virtual 5-A-Day Wall.   • March 14 @ 6 – 8 PM:  Art is Life painting kickoff event! Painters will be provided all the necessary materials – canvases, easels, brushes, aprons, and acrylic paint.  This event’s registration will only be available to WorkWell mailing list subscribers.   • Project B.U.I.L.D. (Building Understanding, Learning, Inclusion, and Diversity) is committed to addressing matters of injustice and inequity by providing platforms to educate and develop awareness to improve the health and wellness of City employees in and out of the workplace.
