Sarah Madole

Assistant Professor, Music and Art

Sarah Madole received her PhD from the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University in 2012. Her primary area of expertise is in the art and archaeology of the ancient world, with a specialization in Roman mythological sarcophagi and funerary iconography. She has taught art history at a number of New York institutions, which include CUNY’s College of Staten Island and New York City College of Technology, SUNY – New Paltz, and Marymount Manhattan College. She has also lectured to both public and private audiences in museum and gallery settings.
