Millicent Freeman is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Center for Ethnic Studies and Health at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, City University of New York. Dr. Freeman has worked for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for around 25 years and currently serves as the Director of Outreach and Training at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Bureau of Sexually Transmitted Infections.
