Join us for “Vote for Equality,” a student-led roundtable discussion at BMCC in celebration of Pride Month this October. This event will bring together students, activists, and community leaders to explore the critical intersection of LGBTQ rights and political advocacy in the context of the upcoming 2024 election. Participants will engage in meaningful conversations about the importance of voting and how college students can make their voices heard on issues that matter.
Topics will include key legislation affecting the LGBTQ community, strategies for voter mobilization, and ways to advocate for inclusivity on campus and beyond. Together, let’s empower each other to act and ensure our rights are prioritized in the political arena!
