Study skills are essential tools that empower learners to effectively organize, absorb and retain information, enabling you to achieve academic success and develop a lifelong capacity for efficient learning. Academic Coaches can help you develop effective study skills through our workshops.

At some point, students will experience burnout, feeling overwhelmed as the semester progress with upcoming assignments, exams, and projects. While burnout cannot always be avoided, teaching students how to manage and overcome such feelings will allow them to persevere to finish the semester. This workshop offered by the Learning Resource Center aims to introduce methods to prevent future feelings of burnout as well as mitigate or overcome any current feelings of burnout.

Join us to learn more. Please RSVP for this virtual workshop by clicking on “Navigate360” (Log-in with your CUNY First credentials). Registration for this workshop begins two weeks before the start date. Please refer to the event details as a guide when signing up.
