Do you have something to say? Say it with a zine!
The BMCC Zine club invites you to an open zine-making session in the BMCC Makerspace (199 Chambers St, room S-608). We welcome experienced zinesters as well as newbies. We’ll provide the materials (and chocolate!).
What’s a zine?
- It’s a self-expressive mini magazine
- It’s self-published by one person or a group of folks
- It’s made with simple materials (a sheet of paper, markers, found items)
- It’s a great way to share your ideas and connect to other people
For more information about zines, check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9INUang4oMA.
RSVP and join our Zine Club mailing list: https://forms.gle/p4z5B42k6HyZURsq7
Brought to you by the A. Philip Randolph Library. Questions? Contact jean amaral, jamaral@bmcc.cuny.edu or Joanna Thompson, jothompson@bmcc.cuny.edu.
