Anyone who has a high school diploma, an accredited state high school equivalency diploma, or foreign secondary education credentials equivalent to a United States high school diploma is eligible to attend BMCC. Visit the Admissions webpages to learn more.
All entering freshmen are required to take the CUNY Skills Assessment Tests, which consists of tests in three skills areas: reading, writing, and mathematics. For further information regarding testing procedures, please see the Testing Office webpages. The Testing Office provides free test prep workshops to help you prepare for the skills assessment tests.
