Life looks a little different right now.
To keep everyone safe and healthy, our office services have transitioned to an online-only format. We may be working remotely, but you shouldn’t feel far from our services.
Use this web page to find people who can assist you and information for exploring the many resources BMCC has to offer. We are here to support your college dreams!
Who Can We Connect You With Today?
See that colorful button in the bottom corner of your screen? Click it to use the “Ask Me” feature to search for an answer to an Admissions, Financial Aid, or Registration question. If you don’t find the information you need with a search, start a live chat with a staff member.
Monday-Thursday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. and Friday 11 a.m.–5 p.m.
We are still picking up the phones! Call (212) 220-8000 to get connected with a customer service representative who can answer your questions about school operations, new student registration, and more.

As CUNY and BMCC monitor news of the coronavirus (COVID-19) health situation in the city, we will revise plans to protect the health of our community. Please bookmark our COVID-19 updates page and check it weekly for updates.
