Community Partners

The Office of Internships and Experiential Learning maintains strong industry partnerships where our students can learn and apply skills through work-learning experiences, projects and leadership opportunities. These partnerships are mutually beneficial as our students are motivated, eager and willing to learn with a perfect combination of enthusiasm and curiosity – all great qualities for trainees, interns, volunteers and apprentices.

Become a Community Partner

We maintain relationships with industry partners nationally and internationally. If you are interested in being one of our community partners, contact us at experience@bmcc.cuny.edu. We will help you recruit students from our talented community of learners. You can also work with us to design specialized learning opportunities that fit your organization’s needs.

Here are some ways for community partners to reach out to students:

Internship, Job and Volunteer Opportunities Postings

To hire a student or alumni for part-time, full-time, freelance or internship positions, you can post the opportunity to Career Express, our online job board. This allows companies, individuals and organizations to connect directly with talent.

Recruitment Events

We will work with you to develop events to help you connect with students for internships and employment. We host a monthly recruiting events that attract many students. See our events page for upcoming details and registration information.
