First, Let Us Know: The Pre-Award Process
- Complete the Intent to Submit Form for Chair and Institutional Approvals as soon as you are certain that you’ll be preparing a proposal and – preferably – one month in advance of the due date.
- Your Chair must approve your request for reassigned time.
- Send this Intent to Submit for all grant submissions, letters of inquiry, PSC-CUNY grants, public or private grants – even if BMCC is not the lead institution on the proposal.
REQUIRED: Disclosure of Conflict of Interest Form
In addition to completing the Intent to Submit form below, all PIs, co PIs and Senior Personnel must also disclose potential conflicts of interest by completing:

- Or, Conflict of Interest in PHS Funded Research (pdf)
