- First Year Experience (FYE) is a workshop series on Blackboard that spans the entirety of your first semester covering topics such as goal-setting, time management, career exploration, preparing for academic advisement, money management, and more. Past participants who have completed this program have higher GPAs, earn more credits, and are more likely to successfully transfer and/or graduate. - Panther Partners is a nationally recognized program designed to connect, support, and empower first-generation college students. Student Panther Partners are paired with faculty and/or staff members, who are also first generation college students, and who can answer questions, provide resources, and help you, the student, make the most of your college experience.
