New York Institute of Technology

BMCC associate degree graduates entering New York Institute of Technology as full-time and matriculated (at least 12 credits) students will be eligible for scholarships.

According to their GPA, per year, as follows:
For a GPA of : The following amount is awarded:
2.00 - 2.49 $4,000
2.50 - 2.99 $4,500
3.0-3.499 $5,500
3.5-4.0 $6,500


The above award is renew every semester if the student maintains a full-time status and cumulative average of 2.70 or better at NYIT.

This articulation agreement will be reviewed each year and amended if changes occur in either school's programs. BMCC will provide students presently in its programs with all information pertaining to this agreement, will list NYIT in any publication that refers to articulation agreements, and will allow NYIT to visit at least once during each semester.

Students of BMCC that have successfully completed an associate degree in Liberal Arts and Business Administration will be able to transfer at least 60 (or a maximum of 70) credits towards NYIT's comparable bachelor degree program. This will apply to students who are accepted based upon current admissions requirements at NYIT.
