Teaching for Diversity: Creating Engaged Learners
Food for Thought

Food for Thought

Food for Thought (FFT) is a pedagogical series that combines moderated informal discussions and organized panels to provoke thought, raise questions, model best practices and examine the teaching and learning issues at BMCC, in particular, those that are relevant to the under-prepared student and classroom management. The series encourages scenarios or role-plays from the classroom, provocative readings, and analyses of student work to achieve these objectives and to help faculty in their mission to engage students as learners.
