The Title V Steering Committee has the task of overseeing the Title V Advisement Plan, which is a crucial retention effort for our liberal arts students. Their responsibilities would include disseminating information to departments and to the College, assessing academic advisement and troubleshooting for students, staff, and faculty. The board will consist of the project directors, project coordinators, members of the department of Institutional Research, and faculty representatives from the liberal arts departments, Student Affairs, and Financial Aid. Participation in the Steering group will require that its members meet at least twice per semester. In addition, the committee will work with the external evaluator to continue refining the project over the next five years.
