| Welcome |
| BMCC's Title III initiative, a five-year program that
began in late 1999, attempts to enhance student learning in technology-enriched
classes at the College by creating a state-of-the-art learning environment
and a comprehensive training program for participating faculty. Approximately
$1.6 million, provided by the U.S. Department of Education, is being
used for establishing multimedia
labs and classrooms, as well as for funding workshops to enhance
faculty expertise. |
| Visit the Title III site to find out more
about the project's
goals, its calendar of workshops
for faculty and staff, its application process and the projects
of the faculty in its program. In addition, you can get a fuller sense
of what Title III faculty development seminars encompass by going
to the training institutes for January 2000, June 2000, June 2001
and June 2002. |
