Application Process

We are currently accepting applications for Fall 2008!  The deadline to apply to BMCC's Teacher Academy for Fall 2008 is March 1, 2008.  Priority will be given to applications received before January 31, 2008.

If you are a high school senior and want to apply to BMCC and the Teacher Academy with one application:

Complete the combined CUNY general and Teacher Academy application at Online Application Form. You will first need to create a CUNY portal account and then select “The Freshman”.

Submit a recommendation letter from a mathematics or science teacher. Use the Recommendation Form and send the form and letter to:

If you are a high school senior who has already applied to BMCC and would also like to apply to the Teacher Academy:

Complete the BMCC/CUNY Teacher Academy Supplemental Application For High School Students.
