Student Affairs

Vice President’s Message

The Division of Student Affairs fosters and supports the success of Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) students by providing programs, services and opportunities, both inside and outside the classroom, designed to enhance the intellectual, emotional and social growth of our diverse student body. It is our goal to engage you in all aspects of college life and help you succeed at BMCC and beyond.

We therefore make a request – please take advantage of all the services and resources that are available at BMCC to ensure your success in all areas of your life on and off campus. So, join a club or student group, attend performances at the BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center, seek out mentors among our outstanding faculty and staff, and find support and lifelong friendships among fellow students who are from all over this city, this country and the world.

You and your peers are bold enough to embark on a journey that will change your lives. As you walk through the halls of BMCC, remember that with each step, you become a more valued member of the BMCC family.

You have started here, and can successfully go anywhere!
