To be eligible, the filmmaker must be a full-time student in a degree-granting program at an accredited U.S. college or university.
The film must have been made in a teacher-student relationship within the curricular structure of that institution.
If the filmmaker has graduated or left such a program, the film may be submitted no later than one year form the filmmaker's date of departure.
