What do I need to do to submit a grant?

Before submission of any grant (CUNY, Federal or Foundation grants), all faculty must complete the “Notice of Intent to Submit” Form.  This form must first be signed by the Chair of your department.  Once signed please forward the intent to submit form, a draft of your grant proposal, your budget and your budget justification to Dean John Montanez, Dean of Grants and Contracts. After you have received approval from Dean Montanez please forward the grant proposal, the approved budget and justification and the Intent to Submit form to Dr. Helene Bach for sign off by the Provost and Senior Vice President Karrin Wilks.  Please complete this process 10 days before the proposal deadline.
