Graduation Information

Everything You Need to Know About Graduation

To obtain a degree or certificate from the Borough of Manhattan Community College, an application for graduation is required. Students in their final term or when coursework has been completed must submit an Application for Graduation. If all requirements are not met by the end of the final term of attendance, the student must reapply for graduation in order to be considered for a subsequent term.

Effective Spring 2014, students will apply for graduation only via CUNYfirst Self Service. The first day to apply for graduation is the first day of classes for the term and the last day to apply for graduation is the same day as the withdrawal deadline for the term.
Please consult with the Academic Calendar for the first and the last date to apply for graduation for a given term.
